RV Clubs

There are many good RV clubs for folks new to RVing, weekend warriors, full-timers and all in between. These clubs provide information, services, and rallies with activities, entertainment and/or door prizes. These clubs are just that: clubs. A group of likeminded folks who get together to have fun doing what they love. You can meet some great folks that may become lifelong friends.

RV Clubs With a Special Interest

These clubs provide a variety of information and services. Most have an annual fee. Most hold rallies, trips and other social events.

Escapees RV Club – http://www.escapees.com  Escapees was founded by full-time travelers and grew as a support network and eventually expanded to nineteen RV parks for its members. There are over fifty special interest groups; local, regional and a national rally; and even the CARE center, which is a place you can live in your rig but get assistance with everyday living. Tell them we sent you. Our membership number is 148139.

Good Sam Club – https://www.goodsamclub.com/ is the largest club with over a million members, and over 2000 local chapters. Good Sam Club provides discounts on campgrounds, fuel, and RV products. They offer members-only rates on insurance and reliable emergency road service. There are national rallies, local rallies, or Samborees, group RV trips called Caraventures, and other trips offered.

FMCA – https://www.fmca.com/ Family Motor Coach Association (FMCA) is a large club for RVers with motorized RVs. They have discounts on campgrounds, fuel and RV products, mail forwarding, and much more. They hold large national rallies as well as local chapter events which are held throughout the year.

NAARVA – http://www.naarva.com/ National African American RV Association promotes the goals and ethnicity of African/American RVers.

RVing Women –http://www.RVingwomen.org/ RVing Women is a national network whose members come from across the U.S. and Canada. Established by and for women who are interested in RVing, they have 16 Chapters across the country that offer camping, educational, and social events. They are a diverse group of women who enjoy many indoor and outdoor activities and hobbies.

Brand or State Specific RV Clubs

Many RV brands have clubs dedicated to the owners of that particular brand. Most have rallies and other member get-togethers. Most have annual dues. Some of the larger rallies will have factory technicians available to fix small problems with your rig. Check on your manufacturer’s web site for more information.
